Sunshine Transportation Service helps clients maintain their independence by helping them to get around safely.

Our caregivers assist clients getting in and out of vehicles and take them wherever they want to go.

Our caregivers can perform other services along with transportation services. We can provide companionship while you attend doctor’s appointments.

Our caregivers can help you complete your errands while out and about.

Where Can Your Services Take Me?



Whenever you or a loved one needs to leave the house, we can ensure that you have safe transportation to get there. Our transportation services can take you wherever you need to go, including some of the following locations:

*Doctor’s appointments, medical procedures, and therapy sessions

*Hair appointments

*Visits with family members or friends

*Religious services

*Special events (weddings, birthdays, graduations, etc.)

*Shopping



HOW MUCH DO TRANSPORTATION SERVICES COST?



At Sunshine, we charge a flat, hourly rate regardless of the services required. This rate stays the same on weekends, nights, and holidays, so you or a loved one can get care when you need it.

*Waiver Services are reimbursed in accordance with rule 5160-46-06 of the Administrative Code. (A) Personal care aide services. (d) Accompanying or transporting the individual to Ohio home care waiver services, medical appointments, other community services, or running errands on behalf of that individual.
